A 20 Minute Technical support call is ideal, if you need to change a parameter or want advice on the right device for your alarm system.
It is probably not suitable if you have an issue that needs trouble shooting.
Most alarm systems require an engineers code to change the programming, it is important that you have the engineers code before ordering this service if you want to change the programming.
Examples of what it may be used for:-
Changing part set function on your Texecom Veritas or Premier/ Premier Elite Panel
Adding a door bell function to your alarm panel.
Guidance on what devices may be required for your alarm system, ie garage or conservatory or outside perimeter protection
Changing Veritas keypad buttons.
Normal appointments are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Extra appointments are before 9am and after 5pm Monday to Friday and bank holidays.
