A 40 Minute Technical support call is ideal, if you need to change a few parameters or want advice on the right device for your alarm system.
It is probably not suitable if you have an issue that needs trouble shooting.
Most alarm systems require an engineers code to change the programming, it is important that you have the engineers code before ordering this service if you want to change the programming.
Examples of what it may be used for:-
Setting up Wintex or Texecom Connect or both
Setting uop Veritas UDL or other software
From simple issues to more complex programming ones.
Changing or adding a keypad to an alarm system and mapping keypad zones.
Normal appointments are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Appointments outside these hours maybe possible upon request.
