Requirements for returning your order
Our returns policy allows you 30 calendar days to return any items you’re not quite sure about.
This 30 day returns period starts from the day you receive your order.
This only applies to unopened items in their original, sealed packaging and special, modified or bespoke items (for example cable cut to measure, alarm or CCTV systems pre configured and programmed as per your requirements) are excluded from this.
Customers must return unwanted goods at their own cost using a 'signed for' carrier service.
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged or defective after these thirty days, nor if they have been used or removed from their original packaging.
Upon inspection, the sale will be credited less the initial carriage charge.
Please note that returned 'Special Order Items' may incur a handling charge depending upon the manufacturer's terms. This may be as much as 40% of the original invoiced amount from some manufacturers. Please carefully check and confirm all specifications before ordering.
These items will be marked special order on the product page. You will need to contact us prior to ordering to confirm the current handling charge as they do vary.
Faulty Goods must be returned within the manufacturers warranty period (normally 1 year). Products with a manufacturers warranty will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our discretion.
Returning your order
All requests for returns including faulty product claims must be pre-authorised by our customer service team by contacting them on 01618706539 or via email using email@example.com .
Normally, a return authorisation number will be provided, but details of how to return your goods will be given to you at that time. Items returned without the necessary returns authorisation will be refused and this may delay or obstruct your refund being processed.
Upon contacting us, one of our advisers will instruct you as to how the item can be returned.
Refunds will normally be processed within 1 working day of the goods being correctly returned and funds reimbursed back via the payment method used.
An email will be sent to you indicating that the refund has been processed however it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to be processed by the payment methods we use.
Cancelling a subscription.
Unfortunately, subscription services once activated can not be cancelled for a refund, however renewals can be cancelled. Renewals can be cancelled without the need to contact us, we will be notified of the renewal cancellation by payment processor and may contact you to confirm the cancellation was intended.
It is recommended that only competent people install and maintain Security systems.
