Alarm Help Service On or Off Site

Installing alarms can be hard work, even after all the wiring has been done; you have to program the panel to get it work properly. Our alarm help service can help.

Texecom Premier Elite Burglar Alarm Systems

Secure I AM can help get your system up and running, prices starting from £125 for a site visit depending on location and from as little as £25 if it can be done remotely over the phon via your pc or video call, terms and conditions apply.

We still offer no fix no fee,.
The initial phone consultation is free.
We may require additional information, this may require photos, video call, or a site visit.

We will need to know a few basics, here is a short list.
The more of this you have available the quicker and more accurate the initial assesment can be.

1.The problem you are having
(A short video can be useful).

2.Make and model of your equipment.
(Unsure send us a picture, we can usually identify equipment from this).

3.User Codes and Engineers codes
(If known).

4.Approximate age of system and last time it was serviced.

5. How it used to work/ How you would like it to work?
If possible we cn sort the programming out to achieve this.

Without the engineers code for the system it is impossible to do any programming and the options are limited to wiring only.
If the Panel is not locked we may be able to access the engineering menus when on site.

When it comes to wiring you will always find wiring easier if you use the same manufacturers equipment throughout.

On hardwired Intruder alarm systems the panel and keypad have to be compatible, this will be Manufacturer and in some cases Model Specific.

For example Texecom Veritas LED keypad will work on all Veritas panels but not on a Premier/Premier Elite Panel

A Texecom Veritas LCD keypad will only work on Veritas R8+ and Excel Panels and not the Veritas 8C, Veritas 8 or Veritas R8 or on Texecoms Premier/ Premnier Elite panels.

Secure I AM Orisec Alarm System

After the system is rectified and tested, we will take you through a demonstration of using the alarm, so that you are 100% satisfied that it's a job well done.

Additional equipment will be chargeable

We are not responsible for any part of the system that was not purchased from us and no warranty will be applied to parts not supplied via Secure I AM. The help we offer is to get your system up and running only. Many alarm installers may advise the system would have to be replaced completely.

All this information up front can save time, as we can access manuals before we arrive if we are not familiar with a particular component of the system and we can advise you if the equipment is unlikely to work before we even start.
