We can still offer remote support
It will require access to the local ip address of the smartcom and a vpn or port forwarding to connect remotely.
If you do not have these then Wintex installed on a local networked PC or laptop can be used and remote dial into the PC or laptop on site
Please Note you will need access to the Engineeers code and the UDL passcode
Settings will need to be changed temporaily on the panel to allow traffic to the device.
Alternatively remote access to a pc and then a laptop or pc can be connected to the alarm panel with a usb com lead.
