AF-PB010 is NOT considered Balcony Solar, however it is a power station, it charges up via its usb port, or solar panel (not supplied) and can charge mulitpul USB connected devices,refer to the manual for more details.

Balcony Solar currently requires dedicated circuit installed by a qualified Electrician.
The UK goverment are looking at changing the Electrical regulations to accomodate plug in Solar modules like the AF-PS240 Balcony Solar.

The PS240 is designed to be pluged in, if you purchase the AF-PS240 can use it Off grid with the Aviation plug connection, until the regulations change or a qualified electrician places it on a dedicated circuit.
